In 2019, EEBC commissioned and published a Master Plan for Epsom and Ewell. The Masterplan imagines and visualises how future growth and development might look in the borough in the longer-term. It is not a statutory requirement but is a helpful tool to inform discussion and the development of a Local Plan. The Local Plan is a statutory requirement, which Epsom & Ewell Borough Council will be asking residents, local businesses, community groups and others to input into.
EEBC have announced that they are creating a Local Plan for Epsom and Ewell. There is a programme and timetable for the development of the local plan available on the EEBC website but it does not take into consideration delays associated by the Covid-19 restrictions.
