Relevant Information from Third Party Sites

This section includes information from various sites that are relevant to our activities and meeting our aims, particularly the creation of a neighbourhood plan.

The UK Government set the Planning Policy England in a document called the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).  In the UK Gov. section we will provide links to this and related documents.

  Epsom and Ewell Borough Council (EEBC) are of course very important in helping us create a neighbourhood plan and are themselves creating a Master Plan and a Local Plan for Epsom and Ewell.  We hope to influence this Plan and to create a neighbourhood plan that makes specific recommendations for Stoneleigh and Auriol wards.  The EEBC section provides links to a number of important documents

In a separate section, we will also publish details of planning applications that are relevant to the Neighbourhood Plan.  This will include new developments but not minor changes to individual properties.

Locality are a charitable organisation that assists with community projects including the creation of neighbourhood plans.  They have lots of resources that can help us create our plan.  They are also the source of funding for our efforts.  We provide links to the key documents that support our efforts

There have been a number of very good neighbourhood plans in various parts of the country and in Surrey.  We plan to highlight a number of these in the NF section.
